Refund Policy

We will gladly issue a refund for any product that has been unopened and is fit for re-selling.  However, If your goods are delivered in a damaged or faulty state, please contact us within 7 days. We will replace or refund for the damaged goods as necessary.  DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED GOODS WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW FIRST. Postage will not be refunded on faulty goods returned without previous notice. Any shortages/discrepancies must be advised within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.   When returning items please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office so that you can make a claim against them in the event of the goods being lost in the post.

Refunds for returned items will be made through PayPal to the account through which the purchase was made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
